A Maximum Collision Guarantee Is A Promise to You
More specifically, our promise to you offers the following industry-standard guarantee:
- We guarantee that all agreed upon auto body repairs will be completed to acceptable industry standards (at the very minimum).
- This guarantee protects against defective workmanship or materials.
- Coverage for damage caused by or resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle is excluded.
- Providing the described vehicle (your vehicle) remains owned and registered to the individual who solicited the repairs (you), this guarantee is valid from the date of issue:
- for the life of the vehicle on body and paint repairs; and
- for such a period of time as specified by the parts supplier (refer to the ICBC Material Damage Manual Standards of Performance)
We will provide you with a signed copy of the above quality workmanship guarantee upon completion of work.
Note:
- This guarantee shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Maximum Collision.
- This guarantee does not cover defects or damages related to rust, abuse, a subsequent collision or theft, stone chips, scratches, or improper care and/or maintenance.
